President Barack Obama wrapped up his "Road to Charlotte" tour in Norfolk with a rally in front of more than 11,000 people at Norfolk State University.The president made Virginia his last stop ahead of the Democratic National Convention in North Carolina. He spoke outdoors on Madison Hall Quad, near the university's football stadium.
