Sorry for telling everyone I would put pics up and then lagging. I have been really busy with school this past week, but I finally got some time to resize and post. Tell me what you think.

nope, there was a guy down the street that had one. And I have heard of a few being seen in the canyons. But they are a rare site these days

I don't think there's one over here.  .Even E36 are quite rare here but E46 318i is all over the place.

just about 200k, but I the orginal owner whom I bought it from had the engin rebuilt not too many miles ago (maby 60k or so)

i likes.. not too rare around here about 3 or four in the neighborhood a couple for sale and my teach has one and an e36.. and there were a couple for sale but not sure if they still are

can someone please explain to me the fascination with the 2002? I've seen one or two at my friend mel's house (her dad is an exotic car dealer...my favorite garage to visit when he brings his "Work" home), but i don't see anything special i jsut see a classic car. now E30 M3 i get, but what's with teh 2002?

Before the 2k2, every car on the road was either a muscle car that used suspension much like what you would find on a tractor, or a gigantic boat that had a 0-60 in the mid 20 second range.
The 2k2 was the first non sports car to actually handle well, it bridged the gap between high performance sports cars and everyday grocery getters.. much like the 3 series of today still does.
