The Pelican Parts DIYs and the Bentley Manual and you can do almost anything you need too. Great resources. Which is why I osted the link to the E36 Bentley Manual in the E36 section for anyone who wants a PDF copy of it.
With the supercharger your gonna have to get it remapped anyway do I would hold off. At that cost their is no point in having it done twice.
