YES!! I live in the 3rd worst lest knowledgeable state!! (NJ for those who didnt read the whole article)

its true, most people in NJ dont know what they are doing, but since everyone doest usually follow the "normal" traffic rules it is harder/wierd driving in other states where people actually do follow the rules. (at least thats what i find from personal experience)

also people everywhere else drive slower than NJ drivers.
