Thank you for the information about the petal to the floor to go into flood clear mode.
Before I read your reply I pulled the fuse and it worked like a charm! I had to crank it over several times while being jump started. My battery was down. But! It worked!
Hope this helps some else. A mechanic told me they get cars towed in all the time and they are simply flooded.
