Get a foot of 1/4" fuel line, a plastic T, and 100 PSI fuel pressure gauge. Pull the #11 fuse under the hood (fuel pump) and crank the starter to make sure there's no pressure in the system. Now disconnect the fuel line at the regulator input - front of the rail - and install the T, hose, & gauge. Install the #11 fuse and turn the key on to the run position but don't try to start. You might have to turn the key off/on a couple times to fully pressurize. Fuel pump should now energize the system and the gauge should read at least 50 PSI - probably more. If not, check voltage at the pump. Should show 12 VDC for about 5 seconds after you turn on the ignition. BE CAREFUL and only do this in well ventilated area away from flames or sparks.
