Are your seat come with Factory Heating Elements or Aftermarket's ones?
I have installed aftermarket kits however there are same problem with you. As I have tried 2 different kits from two different suppliers, they are not carbon firber. I think they are not compatible with console switch. Only one heated seat kit that I have found it will work with console switch is:

If your seat come with heated pads, so I have no idea what problem it is. They should be fault's wires. Please double check with all wires back of switches. They may be disconnected by little rats.
Good luck. If you want to replace them try to purchase from my link.
