Well the replacement finally arrived today and it did fix the problem. All gauges work like a charm.
One thing I did notice is that the odometer reads the miles from the cluster I installed. It doesn't seem to be taking the mileage from the computer. I thought it would take the higher of the two and I am sure the car has more miles than the cluster. Any ideas out there of why it isn't updating the miles. Thanks.
