KBB says in good condition (90+% of cars out there) it's around 6800. Excellent is SHOWROOM condition (less than 1% of cars out there) and it's only 7400. They're way high especially in this economy. I wouldn't offer more than 5500 and haggle a bit provided everything else is in order. Be prepared to walk away and keep looking, you might just get it at a good price.
