Post Stereo issues..

Hi guys. I just got a 87 325i Touring. I got it for 400 bucks, the conditon of the car wasn't bad at all, I just expend 300 bucks to have the car fully running: oil pan gasket, valve covert gasket, valve adjustment, a tuneup, flushes of all the fluids, replacement of some lights in the dashbord and turn signals, and a new stereo system, off course it took me almost a week to do it all the work and I almost got it.
I installed a Sony cdx-gt710 head unit, 5 1/4 polk audio componets in the front and back, and a 400 rms jvc sub with a 500 rms jbl amp. The stereo works fine when is on FM/AM, but when I change it to CD or AUX option only the sub works, all the speakers shut down, and i don't know why!!!
After going crazy trying to fixed it, I went to AllData (Tech. program) and there is a service bulletin that talks about the original stereo is a two way (Left and Right) and that the newer stereos or with CD option are four way (front, back, left, and right), and if installing a BMW four way stereo it needs a special harnes that only fits BMW stereos that i dont have. Hear it comes my question.
Somebody knows a better solution than to run new wires from the speakers to a aftermarket amp and to eliminated the factory amp and fender option????
Thanks.
