I've been looking all over the internet but cannot seem to find instruction on how to get my steering wheel controls to work on my BMW using the pc99-x21 steering wheel adaptor.
Hopefully someone can help.
The ISO adaptor connects from the BMW ISO to my aftermarket stereo (Pioneer DEH4000UB) and works correctly. But when I connect the patch lead to the Wired Remote jack on the Pioneer, the volume just keeps minimising to 0; it is as if the volume minimising button is constantly being pressed. I cannot workout what the problem is.
My car is the BMW 316ti se 2002.
If anyone can help me on this, I would really appreciate it.
