Wow...what a great site!!!
I currently do not own a Bimmer, but have always admired them. As a result, I am on the hunt for a used E46, with my preference being a 1999-2000 328i.
I have seen a few cars already with one (a 1999 328i) being in really good shape, but has 279,000 km on it. I have seen the maintenance records, and everything looks in order. The brief test drive I had revealed a very strong engine and smooth but sporty ride. On top of that, no rattles!!!
What do you guys think? Are the high kms something to be worried about? Thanks in advance for any opinions you have.
