umm..I would say upgrade the the 530 if you can.

Although, what you listed is basically most of what will go wrong with the car. But bad wheel bearings means its been driven hard more then likely...so bushings will prolly have to replaced soon.

I would say look for a less harrased 530, especially with the crappy roads we have in CA, your going to want a stable car with good bushings.

sell it and look for one in better shape IMO
