Whatever turbo set up you end up having, TUNING is the biggest part of the process. M20 stock internals can withstand up to around 20psi if you don't detonate.

For precautions, I'm going with raceware studs on a stock gasket for now. Cometic MLS after I blow the stock one.

Welded coolant channels or o-ringing will also help with sealing.
