Yesterday I taked my car e36 325i( which I bought recently ) to a bmw workshop to replace the transmission fluid & it's filter.
When they checked the fluid by opening the bolt which is down of transmission, nothing come out!! they told me there is no fluid in the tranmission!!?

.How is that come or happen!! Is the fluid can evaporate

anyway, I asked them to fill it up and change the filter.
My car was nice in shifting & I didn't see any thing wrong in it. Except when I move the gear from D to N, a rough hit come , but it's not strong.

I hope no thing danger happened to the gear, and hope I decided to check it in the exact time, before any thing wrong happen.

When we suppose to change the fluid.(5000-20000-30000km)
Is there a long life fluid for our cars ??
