ive reached 120000 mile in my 2003 bmw 320d se 6 speed 150bhp and want to give her a full service to keep her running smoothly, what is involved in a full service and also what oil should i be using as the castrol edge that is recommended seems to be very thin would a thicker oil quiet the engine noise? thankyou
