Pictures Tell more then any description. Two Key things I see that in my opinion show how well they were cared for are a good dash and good interior. How do the seats look? I think the side markers and lights should detract from the price some. Does it have service records? Is that 120,000 miles if so its not a lot for an e30 and helps with the price.
