no, i have not and is bugging the hell out of me, i unplugged the ICV while the car was running today and the rpm did not even move, so i assume maybe the ICV is shot, i am going to the junk yards to scavenge one and go from there.
i know i don't have a vacuum leak so i am going to start with the ICV and go from there.
