Since you got a fault for HFM your problem is most likely that.
The PCV is picture #2, you will need
Quanity
1 - 10

1 - 17
10 - 13
4 - 14
1 - 11
And 2 cans of brake clean to clean out the inside of the intake and surrounding parts.
If your doing the PCV yourself take pictures before you dissassemble, the throttel cables are tricky to put back together.
