dont think theres much of an adjustment on those things. Unless your wiper ends(at the motor) are stripped, and are letting the motor turn without turning the wipers anywhere.

might be a brunt part in the motor, when it comes in contact while revolving it stops it. Otherwise...i guess take it apart? take pictures if you do
