Alright this is a weird thing I haven't been able to figure out and maybe you guys can give me some ideas before I go home on tuesday. The windshield wipers go through the full range of motion but they come to rest 1/3 of the way up. it will literally go 2/3 the motion up, the full length down, and then come back up 1/3. I haven't had a chance to open up the windshield wipers yet so I just pushed it down for now. My assumptions are it's either something electrical or there is a physical adjustment that can be made to fix this.
