I have an 89 325is with 4 speed settings for the blower fan. Other than a resistor (which I swapped out and didnt work, but it was used so that one could have been bad), what else could cause the blower to only opperate at full strength? Setting 1 through 3 do not opperate. Thanks in advance for any insight.
