The first picture is without the reflector and notice how dark the ground looks and trunk lid of the car, etc. Then in the second picture the entire photograph is overexposed, not just the license plate. Besides, the spray/cover cannot produce any more light than the flash gives off, the only way for it to be more reflective is to direct the already diffused light from the flash to the exact location of the camera's lens, it can't do this at every angle, trust me. Don't waste your money.
