Projector36 HID e36 Install --Please Help!--

Hello, I am coming to United Bimmer from a link on Umnitza's webpage regarding install of my new Projector36 lights w/angel eyes and HID in my 98' e36 328i.

I am unsure as to what all the wires are for, and do not want to start the install until I am sure of what I will be doing, so any replies would be greatly appreciated!

So anyway, the projector/HID side of the headlight has 2 wires sticking out the back, which plug in to the ignitor, which in turn plugs into the ballast, on the end of which is the red female connector, which will presumably plug into the stock low-beam male connector (I think).

The high-beam side's harness has 3 connection points comming out. 2 are the same type of female connector as on the ballast, and one is just a plain white wire comming from the 6 o'clock position on the 4-pin headlight connection.

Why are there 2 female connectors? Is one for the angel eyes and the other for the high beam bulb? If so, what do I do with the extra connector, because there is only 1 stock plug for the factory high-beam lights, correct? And the white wire, is it ground and should I put it somewhere in the engine bay, on a bolt for instance?

Also, should I cover all the connections with electrical tape when I am done? I assume that would be the safer bet, even though it is pretty hard for water to get that high up in the engine bay right?

I have attempted to read all the online tutorials I could find, but to no avail.

I have also emailed Umnitza twice and was very frustrated with their responses to me - I felt as if they were telling me that any idiot should be able to figure out whatever he needs by himself to do this install, and well, if the shoe fits...

Thanks for taking the time to read this long first post of mine, like I said I would appreciate any help I could get!
