I play soccer so I have pretty big legs. My friends rip on me for having ginormous calves.
I have used nitro-tech off an on throughout my lifting. But mainly I have lifted for 4 months hard core, everyday, 2hrs in the gym and it has paid off. I was 5'8", 142 before i started lifting. I could only put up 95 on bench. I havent used nitro to give a great recommendation, but I have used it for a few weeks at a time and it does help you recover faster and work out longer. The best way to take it is as a milkshake or with icecream. Otherwise you have to chug fast
