Anyone else here interested in lifting. Figured we could use a thread to talk about lifts, supplements, etc.
As far as supplements go, I just take protein shakes and protein bars throughout the day, and a multivitamin in the morning. I tried creatine, gave me high blood pressure and REALLY bad migranes, I don't suggest it for anyone under 18, and even if you are of age, I would be careful, not all bodies accept it.
