You mean if you rest your foot on the clutch without pushing it down? I seriously doubt it's the flywheel since the clutch would still be engaged. I'm almost certain that would be the throwout bearing. If you wanna be on the safe side, you can buy the bavauto kit, but more than likely you won't need to replace all those parts. When I did my clutch a few months ago, I found out those parts barely get any wear and tear, not even the pilot bearing. As far as the flywheel, that's $480 you probably don't need to spend. If I were you, I'd wait until the tranny is pulled out to see if you even need to buy a new one. Waiting a couple of days extra to get one in would be well worth it against the money you could save.
