Numark, you're not gonna like this post . . The noise has returned although it's not as loud as before. Using a mechanic's stethoscope, I came upon a bad diagnosis. It's coming form the oil pump. Either the pump is going bad, or hopefully it just needs a new chain or the chain tension needs some adjustment. Either way, it's gonna be a PITA to get to that location. Anyhow, I don't think it's a big rush to get the job done. Or better yet, I may just take it to an indy shop to get it taken care of . . I really don't wanna be messing around with this car like I did with the other one.
