yes, disgusting. and yes urine is sterile however, i'll guarantee you that the urine that's been sitting in the stall/urinal for the past few hours isnt. washing your hands in the bathroom is more of practicality too. the sink is there, you use the bathroom like 3 times a day, and washing your hands 3 times a day is a good idea too. this way you keep yourself (and other people more importantly) from getting sick.
