if your motor isnt shot, try replacing the antenna mast. the mast has a nylon pull (some with teeth, some without) and sometimes that can be broken.

it was the fuse, thanks man, once i changed it, turned the stereo on, the antenna moved just a bit, i can hear the motor running but the antenna wouldn't go down, i pushed it down myself and unplugged the power to the antenna, that should do it for now, no more fishing pole sticking out
