I don't know how they work their magic, but they sound just right for the type of dent you describe. To get specific names and references, call some new car dealers in town, I've been told they often use outfits like this to take care of minor dings their cars get being on the lot and whatnot. Another advantage is I think these places also come to you in many instances.
