Chrys and Xsperf, my ICV looks completely different than yours. There is a tube out the top and a tube out the side. I know I put it in the right way since that's the only way to put it in.
And c1apton, I didn't replace the gaskets since they looked fine (they're metal) and I could not find any of these o-rings that everyone is talking about.
I've also had a vacuum leak before, this is completely different. A hose disconnected itself one morning and I couldn't even start the car without coughing and whining and then it would shut off. This only affects the idle.
This seems totally illogical, but could it be the throttle body? I wiped it down on the inside with a paper towel, but I didn't clean it real good.
