okay hi guys... sorry for the delay in responding... so this what happened...
since i was impatient that day, i called my friend who knows a lot about fixing cars (btw if some of you guys are from ny, he goes to farmingdale
)and he came over... he recommended on taking off the oil pan because that is the safest way... but i said, man that's gonna take forever... so i asked another friend who works in autozone and told me that it's okay to keep it inside ONLY if the plug is heavy enough to just sit in the bottom of the oil pan... so i took my autozone friend's advice and just bought a new drain plug and closed that shit...
so far i've driven the car for like 110-120 miles and i dont have any problems as of yet... hopefully smooth sailing for me

yep he is. and that post was from earlier today. not a good idea. b/c with a BMW, anything that goes wrong (b/c of being lazy) ends up costing a FORTUNE to fix.
