You've got a pretty good handle on it, as well as the already mentioned suggestions (my alternator went at ~140,000). A few others, and putting the car up on a lift would help: check brake and fuel lines and their connections; certainly check battery twice a year and add distilled water if necessary; flush power steering fluid; if not already part of your maintenance schedule, flush entire cooling system, replace differential oil, transmission fluid (manual or automatic); check wheel wells, rocker panels, and lift pad points for corrosion; shocks and struts may be on the list too, depending upon your preferences, and if so check the accompanying bushings and linkages; if you've got oil accumulating in the spark plug wells, then the gasket should be replaced; 02 sensor may need replacing (my car failed a recent emissions test without the check light coming on, but the mechanic diagnosed the sensor, put a new one in, I'm legal now); and you may want to vacuum under the seats to get any stray M&Ms...
