He did offer a solution but he wanted more money fo his solution. And he wanted to sell me 19's... if I wanted 19's I would have bought 19's in the first place
PS: I didn't know They sold Iforged wheels... not listed anywhere on their site
If you said you received a fedex tracking number (assuming you did because you said they were getting there at a specific date) then I don't know how their company could have made one up. It's not that I don't believe you on the sending thing, but it seems like there was a problem with fedex.
From the posts, it didn't seem he was forcing you to buy anything, only giving you options because of the mix up, or misunderstanding. I understand how frustrating it must have been for you because i'm a customer too, and i've been in your position. If he never sent them out to you, then he would've never given you a tracking number, in his defence.
I asked if they had Iforged wheels and they special ordered them for me, so I'm assuming they carry them, or at least have a way of getting them. I was told that their website's list is not complete, but they do carry other brands. I guess all you have to do is ask in that case, that's what I did.
What did you end up getting?
I'm sorry bro, i'm not trying to say you're completely wrong here, i'm just saying that it doesn't seem to be something done with malicious intent by the company. Things like that happens. Fedex, UPS, DHL, USPS, all of them have problems all the time, and no one seems to blame them, but the vendor.
Hope you found what you were looking for and mainly, that you love them. New shoes on a car are the best.
