based on a 2.5 or 2.7l M20 engine in a E30 vert.
ok, assuming your a responsible driver but get turned on when a dsm or supra drives past bov going and all... you want what he's got... supra? no TURBO! you have the time and space to do such a project but not quite as much money as others might have... i know you guys love this stuff, so where would one start?
again... your a responisble driver that doesnt feel the need to rip and run up and down the street constantly but drive it most of the time like its a n/a car.. and dont get a need for speed everytime a civic rev's up next to you at a red light, what would be the complete good to go setup of a strong solid turbo engine?
1. your going for a rock solid gonna start up everytime engine
2. you want it all, some engine internals? gaskets, cleaning up the head and block obviously..., fuel ignition, anything electrical that might be absoloutly necessary, and the induction, and a nice radiator...
3.your accompanied by a 31 year working mechanic
4. you have friends that are good with fabricating and welding that would hook you up for nothing or next to nothing
you get $5500 bucks, your not looking to make 700hp maybe only 250-300hp, and if you dont NEED to spend all of the 5500 and can save some cash for dress up type stuff you would be tickled to death =)
