I was trying to connect my Ipod to my computer today. It had the do not disconnect sign, but itunes didnt load my ipod, nothing happened. Then after maybe 20 mins it froze.
Is there a reset button trick or something, I can't get it to go off.
I dont want to go to the apple store if I dont have to
