hey guys.
i own a 99 E36 M3. never had any problems with it since yesterday.
i was driving for maybe 10 minutes, and i noticed my oil light came on. (it's never been on before, just randomly lit while i drove).
then all of the sudden i heard crackling in the engine and my car started to die. out of no where i haad a few friends randomly saw me and pushed it back to my house.
i;m guessing its the oil pump? and guessing that i;m screwed? anyone know the damage it has caused to my M?
EDIT: smoke was also coming out of the hood
