Yes and no... on my car the cluster is held in w/ 3 screws along the top underside (top of cluster), then you just pull the top forward, slide the botton out, turn the steering wheel left while pulling the cluster out that way (after unhooking the wires - be sure to note placement of individual bulbs and single wires.) Reinstalling it is just the opposite. Takes a little patience and practice, but once you do it a couple times it's actually quite simple.
