hmmm, haven't even thought of lowering it. i'll see. i'd really like to put some 17" rims on it but from what i hear rims are hard to find and are expensive for an iX.

my mechanic, one of the most knowledgable people in regard to BMWs that i know (in fact he has a 318iS), was saying that most people he knows use old z3 levers like you were saying. in any case, he knows what he's doing and is already taking care of it.

yeah, chin/lip w/e. i've seen and heard it both ways. i
have been looking at both the iS and M-tech spoilers on bavauto.com but can't really decide. the spoiler is one of the last things on my to-do list, though, so i've got time.
