You might want to check your source in fla. In fl you have to prove that the VIN is attatched to that vehicle. And they literally will send someone out to that car and verify it not just dash, but pillar and description before they give you renewel stickers. Fl used to be lenient until found out they were turning into "chop shop central" - they steal cars, part them out and most car parts including VIN plates go 100 different directions.
