The way it was explained to me, the dealer maintenance is falling short, this is intentional. Rather than provide full warranty service at dealer cost, they simply don't require the proper maintenance. And by the time you find out, the warranty has expired.

Now that is how it was explained to me. I don't know how much is fact and how much is opinion. Either way I feel for you. I'm doing 2300 on my wife's car now.
