I'm sorry that I come across like that, but it's just the way I feel about MY dealership. I know that other dealerships are not a good as mine (from what I hear). Sometimes I just feel the need to tell people that you will find MOST of your answers at the dealership (Part, service, used bmws, etc).

I hear what you say about parts, this kid came in wanting to buy a kidney grill for his e36. He bought one, and it was the wrong one. He ended up getting BOTH brand new from the parts department. I asked him how much it was....and he said $25 per kidney. I was expecting around 20, so not bad. Plus, how often do you change or get new kidney grills?
