Sorry I wasn't very clear. I'll try a few ways to describe my issue.
I have no highbeams on my new Projector46 xenons.
My new xenons don't change brightness between low and high.
I have one level of brighness on my xenons.
I use to have OE bi-xenons until I broke all four tabs on the passenger side headlight. Darn concrete walls. I bought a pair of PJ46s for less than one OE headlight. Now my electrical engineering classes I paid for are failing me.
