Long story short I took it to a wand wash, washed under the wheel wells to remove all the ice and snow and the noise was gone. Just a suggestion since you live in cowtown and it has snowed quite a bit this year

I doubt it, i have a heated garage and at work i park underground in a heated garage so it all melts.
