thats the problem with it, it has turned into a label of all cars coming from that area.
my wifes completly stock subaru legacy? some call it a ricer. buts its quieter than my car, and not quite as quick.
ricer, i think not.
japanese cars are fine by me. to me, ricer means all show, no go. loud exhaust, huge, useless spoiler, and owners performing mods they have no idea what they do, or how to do them.
stock japanese cars tho, they are just like any other car out there.
