Well, the knobs increase and decrease the temperature. The knob above the headunit regulates COLD or HOT.
So if you have it all the way down, and on HOT, it's going to blow out semi-warm air. AND, if you don't have the snowflake (right side middle button) button pressed ON. Then you won't EVER get cold air.
