Very nice it does have a good exhaust note.
And M3 exhausts are notorious for breaking exhaust hangars, on both a 3er ad an M3.
Just a side note, the only improvement you'll ever get out of adding an e36 M3 exhaust is the tone. It's actually a negative factor to performance because it gives no gains and weighs qutie a bit more than your factory exhaust.
