Pelican parts arrived in post today. Swapped cbv and the noise is gone
I think the leak was causing the icv to wig out and whine on top of the whistling. I have found some cracks on the vac hose from the throtle body to the vacuum reservoire so will replace that soon.
The stealership really didn't have a clue on this one.
