I replaced my radiator in about 20min. Bleeding the system actually takes longer. Word of advice: if you've never seen it done, pick up a pair of new clips from the dealer. There's a learning curve in removing/installing them, and you may end up breaking them in the process.
c1apton: the fan delete mod was born from the PTG racing teams, and is dyno proven. If done correctly
and the rest of the cooling system is working properly, there should be no issues. Typical causes of failure as you might guess are improper bleeding, failure to flush and refill, and incorrect mixture. I do have to say the car is noisier with the mod because the aux fan is constantly running. But I've had my fan delete for a year now with no problems whatsoever . . any issues I've had were atrributed to my stupidity
